New Park Planned For Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES -- There's a spark of hope for a troubled neighborhood in Paso Robles.

The city is moving forward with plans to build a new park at the corner of 36th and Spring Streets.

Paso Robles High School Construction Projects Coming Along

PASO ROBLES - The numerous construction projects at Paso Robles High School are well on their way to completion.

A two-story building that will include 20 classrooms is set to be ready to use next month.

The Performing Arts Center is set to open in April and students have even planned a production for May.

Some of the projects are ahead of schedule and even under budget.

"We have an excellent team and we are constantly watching where the dollars are going and where the money is and getting the best bang for the buck. We're very fortunate to have the people here that we do." says Ashley Lightfoot, Director of Operations and Facilities.

The projects are all funded by state grants and Measure T funds, that was approved by voters in Paso Robles back in 2006.
