Undersheriff Arraigned on DUI Charges

SAN LUIS OBISPO – A San Luis Obispo County Court judge has granted a request to have Undersheriff Steve Bolts' blood alcohol retested.
His defense attorney made the request in court Wednesday morning during an arraignment hearing.
Police in Atascadero arrested him for drunk driving last month.
